Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 until 7:00pm

Friday: 10:00 until 5:00pm

Saturday: 10:00 until 4:00pm

Appointments – What’s included?
All appointments include:

• A health check of the dog
• A chat with you the owner to discuss:
  • The treatment plan and procedures
  • Your last visit
  • Any veterinary notes
• Pre-treatment showering of the dog (warming muscles and removing any loose dirt/hair)
• Complete Hydrotherapy Session (duration will vary according to condition, fitness and recovery rate of dog)
• Post-treatment shower (removing pool chemicals)
• Use of drying facilities

New Clients
All new clients will need to complete a registration form; veterinary permission is also required prior to the first swimming session.

We recommend that you complete and return the form prior to you visit to the Tynedale K9 Hydrotherapy Centre.

Feedback and Reports
Tynedale K9 Hydrotherapy will provide regular feedback and reports on your dog’s treatment including:

• Pre and Post Treatment Client Discussions
• Treatment Reports supplied to referring veterinary surgeon (one every ten sessions)
• Advisory Reports supplied to referring veterinary surgeon (as required)
