HYDRO PHYSIO HP200 REHABILITATION TREADMILL   

Using the 2 different styles of rehabilitation treadmills we are able to design a specific programme for your dog no matter what their shape size or ability. We can provide the same hands on service for the smallest through to the largest of breeds.  

Overhead lifting hoist. The use of this hoist enables us to safely handle & manoeuvre disabled dogs, spinal injuries etc into & out of the HP200 treadmill. We also use the hoist to help support the patient during therapy sessions.  

We have worked closely with the manufacturers to provide a facility that can accommodate both large and small dogs without placing any restrictions during the rehabilitation programme.

Hydrotherapy treatment provides buoyancy; reducing dead weight and enabling your dog to get a low-impact, but effective workout.     

Water Hygiene
The hydrotherapy water is tested 3 times a day to ensure complete hygiene and our records are available to view at any time; providing you with complete peace of mind.

Health and Safety
Tynedale K9 Hydrotherapy gives Health and Safety the highest priority. The following facilities and procedures are in place:

• All dogs enter the facilities  will wear either a buoyancy aid or a harness; no matter how strong a swimmer
• An electronic over-head hoist is used to assist the movement of all disabled dogs in and out of the HP200 treadmill; reducing stress and ensuring correct alignment of spine and limbs
• A blaster dryer is available to use to ensure dogs are not wet when they leave our premises
• Veterinary scales are used to monitor the weight of the dog
